How do I get my workout on?!

Yoga, yoga, yoga, yoga, yogaaaa, does that give you a good idea?!
Last December, I finished my 200 Registered Yoga Teacher Training at my college so ever since that, I have been obsessed with yoga! It is such an incredible way to stretch, gain strength, develop clarity and learn more about yourself.
Recently, my friend introduced to me too Corepower Yoga which is a company that has multiple yoga studios. The reason I LOVE this studio is because they combine yoga, weight training and cardio! The teachers are all incredible, the classes are challenging, the atmosphere is so fun and the classes are always different! My favorite class is Yoga Sculpt but I must warn you, it is pure insanity!!! Going to yoga is definitely one of my most favorite parts of the day whether it is the 6am sculpt class or the after work Hot Power Fusion class.
I highly recommend you trying the studio out, plus you get a free week!
