Get to Know Me!

Hello everyone! :)

I figured I should write a post telling you guys a little more about me and why I started this blog!

First off, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR VISITING AND READING MY BLOGS! It honestly, means the world to me!

I am twenty years old and was born and raised in San Diego, California! I absolutely love California and could not have asked for a better state to grow up in. I have two wonderful and supportive parents that I cannot thank enough for being there for me all of my life. I was also really close to my grandparents and my godfather. Even though there were REALLY hard times, I was truly blessed with the best family.

I went to Carlton Oaks Elementary and switched to Christian Elementary in third grade. I continued on going to Christian Junior High and Christian High School. I absolutely loved my high school experience. i tried to be involved in as many activities as I could (JV soccer, Swim, ASB, Cheer, Dance, the school play, etc...). I knew I wanted to look back on my high school experience and have no regrets. I had lots of friends and my teachers were incredible.

After high school I started going to college at MiraCosta College in Solana Beach. I am majoring in Communications and will be graduating in May! I found my major really interesting and useful in my home and work life. From Feb 1st-June 1st of 2016, i moved to Orlando to participate in the Disney College Program which was basically a paid internship and the best time of my life! I met some of my best friends and created so many lifelong memories while getting to go to the Disney parks for free!

Now, fast forward, I am working at an special event decorating company (Pacific Event Productions) and also at Legoland California (Entertainment Department). I love both of my jobs and have met some wonderful coworkers. Alsoooooo, I am planning my wedding which will be in October! I am SOOOO EXCITED. I absolutely am in love with my man. He is so hilarious, handsome and truly cares and supports me and my dreams.

Now that you have kind of the "crash course" on my life, here is some other random facts!

Favorite Movies: Titanic, Pearl Harbor, Footloose, Burlesque, Why Him, and Breakfast at Tiffany's.

Favorite Music: I love all genres except metal. My favorite artist right now is Lauv (HE IS AMAZING).

Favorite Food: Fruit! I could eat fruit all day long (also tacos, I would no issue having tacos everyday).

Favorite Places (and menu choices) to Eat: Panera (Tomato soup, Ceaser salad, and Chipotle chicken sandwich) T's cafe (Estrella Omelet), PB Pho and Grill (Chicken Spring Rolls w/ extra peanut sauce), Moe's (Chicken burrito bowl), Ell Pollo Loco (Double Chicken Avocado Salad is the bomb) and Santorini's (Greek chicken salad with pita bread, YUM!), Beaming Cafe (Mint Chip Smoothie).

Favorite Clothing Stores: Francesca's, Express, White House Black Market, Nordstrom Rack, Marshalls, any local boutique, Forever 21, Victoria Secret and Guess.

Favorite Coffee Drinks: Peet's iced vanilla latte, Starbucks cold brew and strawberry acai, and Coffee Bean's regular iced coffee with caramel flavoring.

Favorite Color: Purple!!!

Favorite Flowers: Sunflowers, Gerbera Daisy, Tulips, and Peonies.

Favorite Candy: Lindt Dark Chocolate with Sea Salt.

Favorite Snacks: Apples, dark chocolate roasted almonds, the perfect bars, smoothies, and greek yogurt.

Favorite (non-healthy) Indulgence: Lay's barbeque chips, M&M's, Talenti ice cream, Dr. Pepper, and Kettle corn (Yum.)

Favorite Form of Exercise: Yoga and Dance

Favorite TV Shows: The Office, Gossip Girl, Army Wives, Homeland, The Bachelor(ette), Bates Motel, Pretty Little Liars, Dexter, Sons of Anarchy and Friends.

Favorite Book: The Great Gatsby

Favorite Hobby: Walk on the beach, yoga, blog, and hang out with my family, friends and babe.

Favorite City: Laguna Beach

Favorite Grocery Store: Sprouts and Trader Joe's

Now I want to share why I started this blog in the first place. I am a dreamer. I have been this way all of my life and truly believe that if you work hard and put your heart and soul into your passion you will be able to to accomplish anything you want! Starting a blog was one of my dreams because I read so many blogs and ind them so interesting and informational, so I did it! I hope people genuinely enjoy reading my posts and future posts to come. I hope to grow as an individual and I hope my website becomes more popular. I can honestly say there are some fun and exciting plans in the near future ;)
