Helloooooo Tuesday!

Some of you may have been watching my Instagram story (*follow me @lilihamaile) but I recently showed you that I decided to try taking gelatin capsules for hair and skin care!

I have been researching and hearing that these are a supermodel’s secret! I just wanted to give y’all an update and let you know that I will be doing a post on my before and after review, what the product really is and how it works in about three weeks.

I definitely want to try it out for a month before I give any input! I am currently on day 3!

Nowwwww, onto the actually post. I know you are probably thinking UMMMMM THE TITLE IS WRONG LILIHA. No, no it is not.

I also wanted to announce that I am starting a NEW series called, “Shredding for the Wedding.”

This series will take you through my precise skin care regime, hair care, workout routines, and of course, how I am keeping my plate healthful.

Lately I have been getting asked about what I ACTUALLY buy at the grocery store!

So I figured I would make an EXACT list of how my brain works and what I purchase at my two faves, Trader Joe’s and Sprouts. (I don’t normally purchase this all at one time but here is my list!)

Trader Joe’s

Apples

Bananas

Pomegranate seeds

Mango

Blueberries

Strawberries

Spring salad mix

Romaine lettuce

Herb spring mix (or baby spinach)

Broccoli and cauliflower mix

Steel cut oats

Dry roasted unsalted almonds

Omega trail mix snack packs

Cranberry, Gorgonzola and Walnut salad dressing (*hint: it’s pink)

Chicken and barley soup

Spindrift grapefruit sparkling water

Unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Vanilla bean greek yogurt

Frozen fruit for smoothies

Ezekiel cinnamon raisin bread

Creamy unsalted peanut butter (or almond butter)

Just chicken (grilled chicken strips for salads or to pair with veggies)

Brown rice

Wonton soup

Dark chocolate

Sprouts

Pears

Carrots

Just chicken

Perfect bars

French vanilla coffee creamer

Plain greek yogurt tub (for smoothies)

Coco gogo chocolate vitality boost

Tea

Protein snack packs

*Probably more veggies and fruit

Brown cage free eggs

Ghee (dairy free butter)

Feta or goat cheese

Suja juice

Rebbl cold brew coffee

I am pretty predictable when it comes to grocery shopping and if you are ever with me, you will probably see me buying these EXACT items.

I hope you all have a great rest of your Tuesday and remember to subscribe!

Love YA!

Xoxo L.
